A Reels Up Creatives workshop is a space for learning, creating, and owning the film production process. Our one-off workshop sessions are designed and differentiated to the age-range and needs of each participating group/class. But the aim always remains: teach the tools of filmmaking, and inspire a sense of ownership and confidence to tell unique stories through film.

RUC Workshops are delivered in the form of unique, inclusive film-set environments. There are roles on a film set for everyone: different confidence levels, different interests; skills, experience. Throughout an RUC workshop, each and every young person/child is given their own role on the film set - either in front of or behind the camera. They each become a mini-expert in their role, and they discover how each role plays its part in the wider film production process.
