Using our celebrated Reels Up Creatives Production Model, our long-running filmmaking projects are professionally structured, participant-led mini-productions; guiding young people through the film production process, to tell their stories.

Each project is designed and delivered as its own production, with the young participants being led towards running their own film set and making a short film. Every participant will have their own specially-designed role, and they will learn about how to make a film, and how each role plays its key part within that. There is a place for everyone on a film set - either in front of or behind the camera.

The young people/children will summit the project with two key take-aways: a sense of complete ownership over the film production process, and their own short film to share with pride.
